Shipping
At The Happy Artist, we want your new art piece to arrive safely and as soon as possible so you can start enjoying it. Orders are shipped promptly, but please allow extra time during busy periods like Christmas. If you’re in a hurry, feel free to email us at lisa@thehappyartist.com, and we’ll do our best to help. Once your order is on its way, we’ll send you an email with tracking details (for orders outside of Ireland) so you can follow its journey.
All items are assigned a tracking number, once shipped which will be emailed to you. It will require a signature on delivery, and will be handed over to your local postal service upon arrival in your area.

Please note these are estimates and can vary due to local postal delays, especially during the holidays.
Customs & Duty Charges
If your order is being shipped internationally, any customs or duty charges will be your responsibility. Please check your local government website for details.
Returns
We want you to absolutely love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to accept returns as long as you notify us within 14 days of receiving your item. Once we’re notified, you’ll have 28 days to send the item back.
Here’s how it works:

Email us at lisa@thehappyartist.com to let us know you’d like to return your item.

Return the item in its original packaging and in perfect condition.

Once we receive it and everything checks out, we’ll issue a refund.
Unsuccessful Deliveries
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or because no one was available to sign for it, we’ll happily arrange a redelivery after receiving payment for the additional shipping cost. Alternatively, we can provide a refund for the item.
Lost or Damaged Items
If something goes wrong and your order gets lost or arrives damaged, we’ll make it right. For lost items, we’ll issue a full refund or send a replacement once the postal carrier confirms the package is missing (28 days with no updates). Damaged items will also be replaced or refunded—just let us know as soon as possible.
Cancellations
Changed your mind? No problem! You can cancel your order by replying to your confirmation email or emailing us at lisa@thehappyartist.com with your order number. If the order hasn’t been dispatched, we’ll cancel it and issue a full refund. If it’s already on its way, you can return it following our returns policy.
